Chief Executive – Luxury Supplies to the Hotels, Restaurants and Caterers
London Based. c £135k plus performance incentives
This upmarket hospitality supply brand, a subsidiary of an international organisation, is seeking a CEO who can lead the current business and realise future potential by growing the UK business and expanding through synergy with other Group businesses.
The business is a supplier to luxury hotels, Michelin-starred and aspiring restaurants, elite contract caterers and private yachts delivering high end-quality products and exceptional service. The business is project driven and has built a reputation second to none consulting and advising establishments on how to take interior concepts through to tabletop and then distributing highly designed and often bespoke product. Success is ultimately measured on product sales but the process and experience is heavily relationship driven.
This dynamic and experienced leader, based in London, will possess a strong commercial focus, which will drive the company’s growth offering strategic leadership, sales expansion and team performance management so the current turnover of circa £10m is doubled over the next 5 years. You will possess creativity, gain enthusiasm for the offering and motivate the existing team of c 30 employees.
Your experience will include:
- Leadership in a similar role, with strong sales development experience capable of performing in a competitive environment
- Experience in the luxury hospitality industry, ideally internationally; most likely already networked with 5* Procurement Heads, Michelin * Chefs, Hotel GMs, Interior designers
- Strong business acumen, results driven and comfortable working with ambitious goals
- Creative, innovative, solutions oriented
- Excellent relationship building and communications skills
Excellent package and performance based package negotiable.
