Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager. Our projects are clinics and hospital fit outs and builds in the private sector in the UK. However, we provide an extensive service encompassing all elements ts of the project, not just the actual build. The work its extremely interesting and varied. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning and execution of various projects within the organization mainly but not limited to the South of England. They will coordinate project build teams, set project goals, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones and key services we provide. Full training can be given but you will be expected to work very closely with colleagues, communicating very frequently to allow you to get to the desired level quickly. This is a unique opportunity in an expanding field with a niche company. There is huge potential for the role to expand and progress. Salary level dependent on experience between 40k-50k with huge scope to grow.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Thorough understanding of healthcare and clinic/hospital layouts
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus
