Job Description

Are you seeking a new in-house Marketing role at a global premium spirits business that has won numerous awards for its innovative approach and contributions to the spirits industry? You will join a newly shaped function in the business, where you can make a change, influence important decisions, and drive the company's future.


As the Global Marketing Project lead you will create a deep connectivity process between internal functions, ensuring global marketing initiatives are delivered on time and aligned to global business strategies.


The Role:

  • Responsible for creating an internal workflow process to drive efficiency across the internal teams responsible for delivering marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for working closely with the finance department, ensuring the new process aligns with financial budgets.
  • Responsible for driving consistent template deployment is adhered to, ensuring plans, briefs, and meeting forwards run efficiently and on time.
  • Responsible for 1 direct report, who is responsible for managing the brand's central online hub for brand assets.
  • Responsible for supporting the internal teams in brand cycles best practices and governance.


The Candidate:

  • 10 years plus experience in Marketing, ideally in a marketing planning cycle position.
  • Experienced in rolling out global processes to drive efficiency.
  • A proven record in solving complex process issues and simplifying change to internal teams.
  • A proven record in influencing c-suite stakeholders to drive organisational change.
