Private Credit Lawyer

One Ten Associates have partnered with a growing Private Market Fund who are looking to hire an experienced Transactional/Deal lawyer to the wider legal team in London.

This is an expansion hire; the business is going through an exciting period of growth and we're seeking a lawyer with strong transactional experience within debt, finance, banking or similar.

You'll work alongside the wider legal team in London, whilst working very closely with the deal/investment professionals directly.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ year PQE
• Trained within private practice, before moving into a Debt, Finance or Banking practice
• In-house experience or an in-house secondment is advantageous, but not a must have
