I am excited to be advertising a position for a Risk Analyst within a global commodity Trading House based in London.

Responsibilities

As a Risk Analyst, your main responsibilities will be:

• Implementing risk management strategies for soft commodities trading activity
• Liaising with Traders to understand their strategies, positions and market views, providing risk assessments and recommendations
• Preparing and presenting regular risk reports to senior management, highlighting key risk metrics and trends
• Monitoring daily PnL for trading desks, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
• Staying connected with market developments, regulatory changes, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Previous experience within soft commodities market risk
• Exposure to CTRM software and trading platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex data and market trends
