Senior Business Analyst / Lead Business Analyst – ESG, Regulatory, Investment Management / Asset Management

£120,000 per annum Plus Bonus and Benefits

Our client is a leading Investment Management company and is currently hiring a Senior / Lead Business Analyst to work within their Business Change team. The role requires a senior Business Analyst with previous experience of working on regulatory initiatives including ESG (SFDR, TCFD, SDR) within the Asset Management sector and who is capable of overseeing and driving large programs from feasibility analysis to inception and through to delivery. They are looking for candidates who can see the bigger picture and can act as expert counsel to align Business Change ideas to Operating Model, Architecture and Strategic themes, as well as coaching, mentoring, and guiding other analysts. Someone who is at home operating in a lean, agile environment and is comfortable formulating and consulting on Epics across identified value streams. The role involves hands on analysis as well as leading / managing a small team of other Business Analysts.

Experience Required:

• Extensive experience working on Regulatory programmes within Business Change in an Investment Management organisation.
• Extensive experience designing strategic operating models.
• Experience of working on ESG Regulations & ESG Data.
• Extensive experience performing feasibility activities and creating structured business cases.
• Previous experience leading a team of Business Analysts is highly desirable.
• Experience of requirements elicitation and design and target operating model definition.
• Experience of Agile/iterative delivery and contribution to/creation of business cases.
• Sound understanding of contemporary technology infrastructure, e.g. cloud, service-based architecture and data management.
