Industrial Disease Paralegal

The Role

As the firm’s industrial disease department continues to grow, they are looking to appoint a Paralegal to assist with a caseload involving Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome, Short Tail claims, and Noise-Induced Hearing Loss files.

Role Overview: The ideal candidate will have experience supporting disease cases, including reviewing and drafting documents, and possess a solid understanding of the litigation process. You will engage in complex cases, investigating quantum and liability while reviewing relevant records.

Candidate Profile:

• Paralegal with experience assisting on disease cases
• Familiarity with the litigation process
• Strong academic background
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks, and manage a diverse caseload
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
