Job Description
My client, a respected leader in safety and compliance, is seeking a Fire Risk Assessor with Tier 2 experience to join their team. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact, working on critical fire safety assessments while growing your career with robust support and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct fire safety risk assessments in line with the latest fire safety regulations.
Prepare detailed, actionable reports to help clients achieve compliance.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Stay updated with evolving fire safety legislation and best practices.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance services and share expertise.
Essential Requirements
A relevant qualification in Fire Engineering or Fire Safety.
Tier 2 registration with the IFSM or similar competency scheme.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the fire industry.
Knowledge of compartmentation and fire door inspections (training available if required).
Strong understanding of current fire safety regulations.
Excellent communication skills to confidently engage with clients.
A proactive, problem-solving approach to identifying potential hazards.
A full UK driving licence, as travel to various sites is required.
