As Process Technologist here you’ll be launching delicious new products into the major UK retailers. Joining an innovative food business with a great portfolio of products and regular new product launches.

You’ll be hands-on in the factory, running trials and ensuring new concepts can be effectively scaled up in production.

You’ll work closely with your colleagues on the NPD concept team, taking products from concept sign off stage through to launch.

You’ll work collaboratively with your colleagues in Production and Engineering to resolve any issues during factory trials, ensuring all raw material and packaging are ready and trial paperwork completed.

To succeed here you’ll need to have gained some experience in factory trials and product launches. You’ll enjoy being on the factory floor, have a keen interest in manufacturing processes and a curious mindset to solve any production issues with the wider team.

You’ll be joining a supportive team proud of the great products they supply onto the supermarket shelves. It’s a fast-paced business where no two days are the same, so you won’t get bored. You’ll have the chance to develop your career within the business, being mentored by the Head of NPD who you’ll report into.

This is a full-time, permanent role, predominantly working Monday – Friday days.

Due to the location, you’ll need a driving licence and car. You’ll also need the permanent right to work in the UK – unfortunately, visa sponsorship isn’t available.
