Job Title: Dynamics 365 Consultant (CRM)

Location: Hybrid - Office and Home-based

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Salary: Up to £80k + benefits

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant (CRM) to work with customers, providing expert consultancy sessions, upskilling users, and enhancing their use of Dynamics 365 applications. You will identify and define configuration and change requirements to ensure customers maximise their benefits from the provided solutions. The role also involves collaborating with consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clear application training to clients using provided materials.
• Identify risks and barriers during training sessions, escalating as necessary.
• Conduct essential project tasks like GAP analysis, product handovers, and milestone sign-offs.
• Configure and customise D365 Customer engagement solutions in line with customer requirements.
• Provide application testing and UAT support.
• Handle client software concerns, feeding back to project management when standard applications don’t meet client processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
• Travel to client sites across the UK as needed.
• Contribute feedback to improve company practices and enhance customer experience.

Person Specification:

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE ‘first-party’ applications and Power Platform as an implementation consultant.
• Microsoft Partner experience- desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) systems and Power Platform.
• Experience in design, documentation, installation, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines with outstanding time management.
