Overview
Advanced Technologies & Laboratories International, Inc. (ATL) is hiring an Administrative Specialist (Research Associate & Project Manager) for the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), World Trade Center Health Program.
To provide services focused on supporting the management and oversight aspects of the reauthorization of the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act of 2010. On December 18, 2015, President Obama signed the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Reauthorization Act which reauthorized the World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program for 75 years, ending in 2090.
The contractor is to maintain a healthy organizational culture in providing consistent and professional communication and services to WTC Health Program clients including health care beneficiaries and health care providers, the contractor shall participate in the occasionally held lunch/learn and other training sessions regarding WTC Health Program organizational culture.
Essential Functions and Job ResponsibilitiesThe Administrative Specialist will review, scan, upload, and shred the contents of hundreds of boxes containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII). The review shall require the Administrative Specialist to read each document, in order to correctly match the documents with the correct World Trade Center Health Program members. The Administrative Specialist will also assist the WTCHP with its member satisfaction survey by assisting with the collection and scanning of the survey responses received. All processes and procedures will be reiterated prior to the start of each project. Administrative Specialist shall follow secure data capture and maintenance requirements, in accordance with data security guidelines and regulations. Boxes will be shipped from Rensselaer Data Center in Troy, NY to the Taft Laboratory in Cincinnati, OH.
