As a Salesforce CDP Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing the Salesforce CDP to provide valuable customer insights. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to design and execute data-driven strategies to improve customer engagement and experience. Key Responsibilities : . - Implemented and managed Salesforce CDP to unify and analyze customer data across various sources. - Work with stakeholders to identify data requirements and ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and completeness. - Create customer segmentation models to support targeted marketing initiatives. - Develop insights and reports from customer data to drive personalized experiences and customer journeys. - Design and implement workflows for effective data integration and usage across sales, marketing, and customer support. - Collaborate with IT, marketing, and business teams to define requirements and align Salesforce CDP capabilities with business goals. - Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with the Salesforce CDP platform. Qualifications : - Strong experience with Salesforce CDP, customer data management, and data integration. - Experience with data analysis tools, segmentation strategies, and customer journey mapping. - Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Certified CDP Specialist are a plus.
