Primary Responsibilities : - Under the supervision of the team leader, the .Net Developer designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications and components; supports and/or installs software applications and components; works from written specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and maintains documentation of process flow. Technical Skill Requirements : - Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#/VB.NET, Angular JS, TypeScript and React JS. - Design, code and test new Windows and web software applications - Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects. - Investigate and develop skills in new technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 - Experience in using the either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms will be preferred. - Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments. Other Skills : - Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment. - Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders' Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
