Job Title : SDE 3 ( ReactJs ) Experience : 5 years Location : Ahmedabad, Mumbai Primary Skills : ReactJs, HTML5, CSS3 Roles and Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities : - Lead Development : Design and develop dynamic and responsive web applications using ReactJS, ensuring high performance and scalability. - Component Architecture : Create reusable, modular components and maintain a well-structured component library. - State Management : Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API) to effectively manage application state. - Collaboration : Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to define, design, and ship new features. - Code Reviews : Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and code quality standards. - Mentorship : Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Performance Optimization : Analyze application performance and implement optimizations to enhance user experience. - Testing : Write unit and integration tests to ensure robustness and reliability of applications. - Technical Leadership : Provide technical direction and insights to the team, making architectural decisions and recommending tools and technologies. - Agile Practices : Participate in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
