Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force

Job Description : - Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Web Runtime (LWR), and Visualforce to automate workflows, enhance user experience, and extend Salesforce functionality. - Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure solutions deliver on business objectives. - Demonstrate expertise with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (JS) to create engaging user interfaces and interactive web components within the Salesforce platform. - Utilize relational database languages (SQL or SOQL) to efficiently query and manipulate data within Salesforce and external databases. - Contribute to data modeling design, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval for optimal application performance. - Demonstrate strong experience with Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud functionalities. - Possess a solid understanding of web services (SOAP and REST) to facilitate data exchange between Salesforce and external systems. - Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand ups, and code reviews. - Continuously stay updated on the latest Salesforce advancements, best practices, and emerging technologies. - Participate in knowledge sharing by mentoring junior developers and contributing to internal documentation. Requirements : - 5 years of experience programming with Force.com (Apex, LWC, LWR and Visualforce) or Java - Extensive understanding of Object Oriented (OO) design patterns such as Model View Controller (MVC) - Extensive understanding of HTML and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) - 2 years experience with JavaScript (JS) - Expertise with relational database languages (SQL or SOQL) - Experience with data modeling design - Experience developing in an enterprise environment such as source code control, continuous deployment, release management - JEST Experience is mandatory for UI code coverage - Strong experience with Sales or Service cloud (including the latest features such as case swarming, Enistein AI, expert finder ) etc. - Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP and REST) - Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology (ref:hirist.tech)
