Key Responsibilities : - Tally Integration & Customization : Develop, integrate, and customise Tally Prime solutions using TDL (Tally Definition Language) to create extensions and integrations that meet business requirements. - Technical Expertise : Leverage your deep understanding of Tally Prime's capabilities to implement efficient and scalable solutions for our B2B payments platform. - Cross-Platform Integration : Work on integrations with other enterprise software systems like SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. - Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer support, to deliver high-quality solutions. - Problem Solving : Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Tally solutions to ensure high performance and reliability. - Documentation : Maintain clear and concise documentation for all development processes and integrations. - Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest developments in Tally Prime, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics, and apply new knowledge to improve Pazy's offerings. Qualifications : - Experience : 2-10 years of experience working with Tally accounting software, with a strong focus on TDL (Tally Definition Language) development for Tally Prime. - Technical Skills : Expert understanding of Tally Prime, including customization, integration, and troubleshooting familiarity with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics is required. - Analytical Mindset : Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. - Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
