Senior Golang Developer

Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex microservices and backend applications using Golang. - Architect and implement scalable, reliable, and efficient systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. - Write high-quality code following best practices, with an emphasis on maintainability and scalability. - Participate in architectural discussions and decisions, offering expertise in Golang and distributed systems. - Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance bottlenecks. - Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and sharing best practices. - Work with DevOps and infrastructure teams to manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments. Skills and Qualifications : - Expertise in Golang and solid experience in building high-performance applications. - Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems. - Experience with RESTful API development and gRPC. - Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and services. - Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). - Experience with messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or others is a plus. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and version control systems. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex systems at scale (ref:hirist.tech)
