Business Analyst - Payment Integration

Key Responsibilities : - Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to payment processing, APIs, and transaction management. - Data Analysis : Analyze transaction data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements in payment systems. - API Integration : Work closely with technical teams to define and validate Payment API specifications and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. - User Acceptance Testing (UAT) : Develop and execute test cases for payment systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and regulatory standards. - Process Improvement : Identify and recommend enhancements to existing payment processes and systems to improve efficiency and user experience. - Stakeholder Communication : Serve as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and third-party vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. - Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the payments landscape to inform business strategies. - Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specification documents (FSDs), and process flow diagrams. Qualifications : - Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. - Experience : 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the payments domain. Technical Skills : - Proficient in Payments APIs and transaction processing systems. - Familiarity with payment gateways, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance. - Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools. Soft Skills : - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
