The company emphasizes values such as transparency, collaboration, and innovation to drive scalable growth for its clients Job Responsibilities : - Write efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code. - Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure applications. - Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Implement security and data protection solutions. - Troubleshoot and debug applications. - Work on and maintain existing projects. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 5 years of professional experience in Python development. - Strong understanding of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Pyramid. - Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc). - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git. - Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of data processing and analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc). - Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and writing unit tests (ref:hirist.tech)
