Machine Learning Engineer - Python/Java

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Zenduty, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our incident management platform by addressing the critical challenges of Root Cause Analysis and Alert Correlation. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop innovative machine-learning solutions that streamline incident response and improve the overall reliability of our : - Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to understand the architecture and systems generating alerts. - Design and implement machine learning models for alert correlation to identify and group alerts stemming from the same root cause. - Develop algorithms to prioritize and present correlated alerts to users, enabling efficient incident response. - Conduct in-depth analysis of incident data to identify patterns and trends leading to root causes. - Build machine learning models to automate root cause analysis, reducing manual effort and accelerating incident resolution. - Work closely with Data Engineers to integrate data pipelines and ensure the availability of relevant data for analysis. Requirements : - You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering. - You have proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment. - You have strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Java. - You possess a good breadth of algorithmic and data structures knowledge. - You are research-oriented and are able to grasp concepts and languages quickly. - You are a team player who is driven by a passion for learning and making a difference.
