Role Description : - This is a full-time on-site role for a DevOps Engineer at YAN IT Solutions Pvt.Ltd.in Pune. - The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for tasks such as Infrastructure as code (IaC), Software Development, Continuous Integration, System Administration and maintenance. - Experience- 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, with a focus on Fintech and Cyber security. Certifications : - Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are a plus. Location - Pune Key area/Roles and Responsibilities : - CI/CD Pipeline Management : Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes for fintech applications. - Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Utilize tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to manage and automate infrastructure across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Security Best Practices : Implement and maintain security practices to safeguard fintech applications and infrastructure, including vulnerability assessments, encryption, and secure access controls. - Monitoring and Logging : Set up and manage monitoring tools (e.g, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) to ensure high availability, performance, and security of applications. - Collaboration: Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to streamline processes and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. - Incident Management: Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure system reliability and uptime. - Compliance: Ensure that all systems and processes comply with relevant Fintech and Cyber security regulations, such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, and others. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. (This is key especially if company is migrating from on-premise to cloud) - Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI). - Familiarity with security tools and practices (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewall management) (ref:hirist.tech)
