Designation : Techno Functional Consultant. Experience : 5 years. Location : Mumbai. Job Description : - Act as Subject Matter Expert on Oracle EBS. - Hands on Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 with strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Architecture and technical aspects of Oracle Applications. - Highly self-motivated, detail oriented and committed individual with an ability to take up initiatives and execute tasks with full ownership and able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with minimal direction. - Good technical and functional knowledge of any two modules of Oracle Applications from GL, AP, AR, FA, SLA, CE, iProcurement, and iExpenses is a must. - Deriving resolution of application problems/issues predominantly in Procure to pay cycle. - Ensure new services have a fully developed end to end support structure, including processes, SLAs and KPIs commensurate with business requirements and priorities. - Owner of driving major incidents & problem tickets ensuring coordination with resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review. - Excellent knowledge in PL/SQL and Unix Shell Script. - Experience in developing and customizing Oracle XML Publisher Reports, Workflow, WebADI. - Oracle Application Framework developments, Business Events and Bursting. - Oracle Database and Performance Tuning. - Ability to work on Interfaces & Extensions. - SCM tools - GitHub, JIRA. - Demonstrated ability to work with distributed teams across multiple time-zones. - Supporting key business processes/activities including Month end and Year end support activities to Business users. - Partners with business and technology managers to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into technical requirements. - Proficient in writing Functional Design Documents. - Experience in mapping business requirements, gap analysis and preparation of Functional/Technical Design documents. - Effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur, consistently following through on details while driving innovation as well as issue resolution and anticipates and prevents problems before they occur. - Collaborate with Developers, Business Stakeholders, Testers and other Production Support Engineers to implement innovative technical solutions via iterative approach reducing time to delivery. - Be integral member in signing off the design and solution developed by development teams before accepting the change in Production. - Utilizing past experience to implement innovative approaches to help improve business processes and system performance. - Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment. - Improve the enterprise systems by leveraging existing solutions when building new technology. - Collaborate with non ERP development teams to design efficient, supportable and scalable solutions. - Prepare Oracle Functional, Technical Design documents and Unit test documents for the related areas. - Ability to manage technical teams to ensure performance driven deliveries. - Performs other duties as assigned. - Looking for Only Immediate - 30 Days Notice period candidates.
