Product Manager/Product Owner - Jira/Agile

Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The Product Owner will be responsible for driving the implementation of epics. You will meet with the product manager and general manager of the division several times a week. They will be meeting with customers and setting the roadmap. You will take each feature, write the epic and stories, manage the Sprint, and work with the developers to implement the feature. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile development, product ownership, communication skills in English and Hindi, and Gujarati is a benefit. Responsibilities : - Product Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product development lifecycle. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing short-term and long-term goals. - Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather requirements, gain buy-in, and ensure successful product delivery. - Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure product success and minimize impact on business objectives. - Sprint Management: Writing the epics and stories, leading the grooming and working with the team and tech leads to complete features on time. In addition, provide critical feedback on the features, especially from developer feedback, as well as testing the product. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in business - 3 years of experience in product ownership or management, with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment. - Strong understanding of agile methodologies - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization. - Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. - Familiarity with specific tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
