React Native Developer - iOS & Android Platform

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Module Lead with expertise in React Native and TypeScript to lead the development of key mobile application modules. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with PHP and MySQL, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for overseeing module design, development, and integration, ensuring that deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage the development of mobile application modules using React Native and TypeScript. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. - Architect efficient and reusable components and libraries for both mobile and web applications. - Integrate backend services built with PHP and MySQL into the mobile application. - Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices. - Identify and resolve performance issues, bugs, and bottlenecks in the mobile app. - Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and fostering team growth. - Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the mobile solution remains cutting-edge. Required Skills and Qualifications : - 5 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on React Native and TypeScript. - Solid hands-on experience with PHP and MySQL, including backend integration with mobile applications. - Proficient in building cross-platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android. - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integration with backend services. - Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX. - Familiarity with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in building scalable backend systems using PHP and MySQL. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS. - Exposure to GraphQL is a plus. - Prior experience in a leadership role, mentoring a team of developers. - Experience with Expo, Firebase, or other mobile frameworks/tools. - Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices.
