Solution Design Consultant - Presales

We are seeking an experienced Solution Consultant to join our pre-sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing comprehensive solutions in areas such as data strategy and engineering, advanced analytics and AI, cloud enablement, digital experience transformation, Platforms and hyperautomation. This role involves working through the entire lifecycle of proposal preparation and requires a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to craft tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Pre-Sales Support : Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process. - Solution Design : Develop and present innovative solutions that address client needs in data strategy and engineering, advanced analytics and AI, cloud enablement, digital experience transformation, and hyperautomation. - Proposal Preparation : Lead the preparation of detailed proposals, including technical specifications, project plans, and cost estimates. - Client Engagement : Engage with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and address any technical concerns. - Industry Expertise : Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data strategy, AI, cloud, digital experience, and hyperautomation to provide cutting-edge solutions. Qualifications : - Experience : Minimum of 10 years in a similar role, with a proven track record in solution consulting and pre-sales. Technical Skills : - Expertise in data strategy and engineering, advanced analytics and AI, cloud enablement, digital experience transformation, and hyperautomation. - Familiarity with core elements of digital transformation and leading technologies including Programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, SQL), DevOps practices, Data engineering, Cybersecurity, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker). - Experience with leading SaaS and PaaS platforms such as Salesforce and ServiceNow. - Knowledge of SDLC and different software development methodologies including Agile. - Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions. - Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients.
