SAP Project Manager

Job Description : - Coordinate project activities amongst the functional and technical team members consultants - Manage a small team to define the requirements for a core banking platform, through challenging the business on their need and wants - Provides project management expertise and leads key project work streams, working with the full project life cycle, following project Governance processes - Scope, plan and manage projects through the entire life cycle, ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality - Establish and maintain risk assessment to identify and assess the material risks that arise in their area of responsibility - Comply with relevant Bank Policies, testing and certifying the adequacy and effectiveness of their controls on a regular basis - To establish and build relationships across the Bank to facilitate achievement of strategic goals maintaining momentum throughout the project lifecycle - Ensure projects meets internal and external customer requirements - Support CI in the project environment promoting Lean principles through appropriate use of CI tools Work-Out, Work-Place - Identify and evaluate project risks and issues and devise and implement effective mitigation strategies DESIRED SKILLS : - Resource allocation - Documenting and record keeping - Financial management - HR management - Monitoring and reporting - Quality management - Risk management - Time management - Strategic and operational issues of the project management business unit Technical skills : - Problem solving : The ability to analyze, think critically, and solve problems - Leadership : The ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team to achieve goals - Project management : The ability to plan, organize, budget, schedule, monitor, and report on projects - Data analysis : The ability to analyze data to identify risks and opportunities - Understanding of SAP software : The ability to support customers with their functional and technical system needs - Time management : The ability to manage time effectively (ref:hirist.tech)
