Product Development Engineering Manager - Application Architecture

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days only Shift : Regular Work Mode : 3 days a week is Mandatory Job Type : Permanent/FTE Education Qualification : BE/ BTech /ME /MTech / only from top notch/Good universities only Communication should be excellent Mandatory Skills : - Product Development - Infrastructure - Good to have - Infra tools Optional - Java/Python/Node JS - Product Development in Python (Django/Flask) Frameworks(Minimum 2 end to end product development hands on Experience) minimum 5 Years into python/node/Java core side - Product development with Engineering Managerial skills - DevSecOps Process - EKS, ECS - ITIL certification is preferred - Any cloud hands on is mandatory - Any orchestration is mandatory Education Qualification : BE /BTech /ME /MTech/ only from top notch universities - Communication should be excellent 1.12-15 years of experience as Engineering Manager with Product development Should be BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in CSE/ECE branches. - Experience in development of products with various development languages like Java/Python/NodeJS etc 3. - Experience in creating various design architectures, high level and low level designs, creating Frameworks, SDKs, APIs 4. - Experience in development of any of the Infrastructure domain area - IT Service Management, IT Operations management, IT automations, Process automations, Cloud automations, Infrastructure Security, Integrations. (Optional) 5 : - Exposure to various Infra tools like: ServiceNow, VMWare, Infra Monitoring tools, APM tools, Automation tools (Ansible, Terraform etc), IAM tools (Optional) 6. - Hands on experience in design and development of n-tier products with latest and modern development frameworks and technologies 7. - Experience in developing the frameworks and using various design and architectural patterns in product development 8. - Experience in designing and implementing/re-engineering complex application components, integrate software packages, programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms in Infra domain 9. - Experience in applying and maintain development standards and all security standards during entire product development life cycle 10. - Experience in exploring the open-source tools and frameworks in Infra domain and create product frameworks. 11.Experience in deployment of products through docker containers, Cloud Container Orchestrations (EKS, ECS etc) 12. - Exposure to Windows and Linux Operating System Administration 13. - Good understanding of IT Infrastructure Landscape including On-prem and Cloud environments, Automations, and migrations 14. - Experience in preparing product road maps, strategies, architectural and design documents for development teams 15. - Experience in working with various stakeholders to understand business requirements at high level and turn them into product requirements 16. - Certifications in ITIL, Cloud Technologies like AWS,Azure is preferred 17. - Should have good analytical and communication skills (ref:hirist.tech)
