Pharmeasy - Principal Product Designer - Wireframing/Prototyping Tools

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Designer to lead the design of new initiatives within Pharmeasy. In this role, you will focus on driving innovation and enhancing the user experience for millions of customers. You will take ownership of key design projects aimed at optimizing existing products and services, ensuring they meet business objectives and customer needs. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design process for new initiatives within Pharmeasy, from concept to execution. - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to enhance and improve existing products and services. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to guide design decisions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate ideas clearly. - Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive cross-functional collaboration and innovative solutions. - Present design strategies and solutions to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals and user expectations. - Develop design principles and frameworks to support continuous improvement of current offerings. - Mentor and guide other designers on the team, promoting creativity and a culture of innovation. Skills & Experience Required : - 6 years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on user experience in the B2C space. - Proven track record of leading design for high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment. - A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in refining and optimizing existing products. - Expertise in user-centered design, research methodologies, and usability testing. - Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex problems into effective design solutions. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. - Experience working closely with product managers and engineers, advocating for design thinking in product development. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (ref:hirist.tech)
