At Reubro Interntional, we're building human-focused technology solutions that capture efficiency, performance, and user-friendly designs. We're seeking an Odoo developer to develop and customize erp applications and build thoughtful experiences cantered around our customers. During a typical day, you'll be working alongside our web team to determine customer needs, brainstorm solutions, generate website mockups and prototypes, present these prototypes to customers, and both develop and optimize live platforms. We're looking for someone who is quick on their feet, possesses strong technical skills, and isn't afraid to ask questions. An understanding of not just how to code but why certain code works is a must. Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer with strong expertise in Python and PostgreSQL to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on building and customizing Odoo ERP applications, optimizing modules, and integrating third-party tools to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, improve performance, and ensure the scalability of Odoo implementations. Key Responsibilities : - Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules according to business needs. - Write clean, modular, and reusable code in Python for custom Odoo modules and features. - Manage and optimize the database in PostgreSQL to improve performance and scalability. - Integrate Odoo ERP with third-party applications and services using APIs. - Troubleshoot, debug, and improve the Odoo environment for maximum reliability and performance. - Perform data migration between different Odoo versions and from other systems to Odoo. - Implement business logic and workflows in Odoo to support company processes. - Collaborate with the front-end and back-end development teams to ensure seamless integration of new features. - Ensure Odoo ERP's security, stability, and compliance with relevant standards like hipaa or soc 2. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo users. Requirements : - Experience: 1 years of experience working with Odoo development. - Programming Languages: Strong knowledge of Python. - Database Management : Expertise in PostgreSQL database development and management. Odoo Modules : - Hands-on experience with Odoo's core modules and customization API Integration : - Experience with integrating Odoo with third-party services using RESTful APIs. Version Control : - Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. Problem-Solving Skills : - Strong analytical and debugging skills. Team Collaboration : - Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate with various stakeholders. Communication : - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must Have : - Familiarity with Odoo.sh or Odoo Online environments. - Knowledge of front-end development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) for Odoo customizations. - Experience with Docker or other containerization technologies. - Familiarity with Agile development practices. - Experience with other ERP systems is a plus.
