Salary : 19-43 lpa Experience : 9 Years of Relevant Experience Work location : Hyderabad / Bangalore (Hybrid Model) Shift : Rotational : B.Tech/BE, M.Tech/ME, M.Sc (Computer/IT), MBA, MCA, B.Sc (Computers) Mode of Hiring : Permanent Role : MS Dynamics 365 - F&O - Technical Description : - Good knowledge in Dynamics 365 F&O Functionality Overview - Good in SME and should have exp in team handling - Good knowledge in Azure cloud services, LCS and SQL Queries - Good Development Skills (X, .NET) - Strong experience in Customization and Configuration - Strong knowledge Data Migration and Power Platform Integration - Good experience with Security and Role-based Access Control Key Roles and Responsibilities : 1) Issue Resolution and Troubleshooting : - Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics AX. - Provide support for system errors, performance issues, and user queries. - Utilize debugging tools and techniques to identify and fix problems. 2) System Maintenance and Monitoring : - Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including updates and patches. - Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation. - Manage backups and disaster recovery plans. 3) User Support and Training : - Assist users with system navigation and functionality. - Conduct training sessions to improve user proficiency. - Create and maintain user documentation and support materials. 4) Configuration and Customization : - Configure and customize Dynamics AX to meet business requirements. - Develop and support workflows within the system. - Manage user accounts and access permissions. 5) Collaboration and Communication : - Work closely with business process owners and other stakeholders. - Communicate effectively with users to understand and address their needs. - Liaise with developers for bug fixes and new feature implementations. 6) Performance Tuning and Optimization : - Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. - Optimize system configurations for better performance. - Conduct regular performance audits and implement improvements. 7) Data Management : - Ensure data quality and integrity within the system. - Perform data migrations and integrations as needed. - Audit and report on data quality issues.
