UX Designer - Adobe XD

Job Description : - Work closely with the Strategist, UI Designer, Developers and Product Manager. - Work alongside designers, product managers, researchers and subject matter experts in a collaborative team-oriented environment to create new products, features and functionality. - Have an expert-level knowledge of responsive UI design methodology and processes (user centered and iterative design). - Familiar with objects of UX Research activities. - Rapidly iterate through journey maps, storyboards, user flows, sketches, wireframes, and other design artifacts to effectively communicate interaction and a dynamic content strategy. - Mentor and lead a design team in their personal and collaborative growth. - Identify and troubleshoot UX problems. - Experience in conducting Design Audits. - Planning and Envisioning objects of UX Research activities. - Establish efficient processes that allow the team to deliver on multiple strategic initiatives in parallel. - Participate in quarterly planning and an end-to-end design process. - Manage design team on operational and innovation aspects. - Prepare UX documentation to be used by the development team. Key Responsibilities : - Well-developed technical and creative skills. - Knowledge of UI and UX design, prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or equivalent software. - Knowledge of wireframe tools for 2D & 3D. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Well-organized working experience, Time management. - Familiar with 3D concepts, Basic skill of Unity 3D / Blender / 3DMax. - Remarkable interpersonal and presentation skills. - Knowledge of using MS Office 365 tools. - Experience in developing interfaces for Physical consumer products is highly preferred. - Experience in working on B2C, B2B products is highly preferred (ref:hirist.tech)
