Job Description

Position : Presales Consultant - Intelligent Process Automation Job Location : Bangalore Experience : 5 Years Notice Period : Immediate Joiner Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Consultant with expertise in Intelligent Process Automation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in guiding prospective clients through the presales journey by understanding their automation needs, proposing tailored solutions, and showcasing the transformative potential of our IPA offerings. Key Responsibilities : Client Engagement : - Serve as the primary technical advisor for clients, understanding their business processes and automation needs. - Conduct detailed discovery sessions to identify opportunities for process automation and optimization. Solution Design : - Develop and present customized Intelligent Process Automation solutions that address clients' specific business challenges. - Collaborate with internal teams to design and architect solutions that integrate with clients' existing systems and meet their operational goals. Presentation and Demonstration : - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of IPA solutions, showcasing their benefits, features, and ROI. - Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements to validate solution efficacy and demonstrate real-world applications. Proposal Development : - Create comprehensive proposals, including technical documentation, project scope, timelines, and cost estimates. - Ensure proposals are aligned with client requirements and highlight the value proposition of our IPA solutions. Market and Technology Insight : - Stay up-to-date with trends and advancements in Intelligent Process Automation and related technologies. - Provide insights and recommendations based on industry best practices and emerging technologies. Collaboration : - Partner with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and identify potential opportunities. - Work closely with engineering and delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from presales activities to project implementation. Customer Relationships : - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their long-term goals and positioning our IPA solutions as a key enabler of their automation strategy. - Address client concerns and objections during the sales cycle, providing expert guidance and support. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees(MBA) and/or relevant certifications (e.g., RPA certifications) are a plus. - Proven experience (typically 5-10 years) in a presales or technical consulting role with a focus on Intelligent - Process Automation or related technologies. - Strong understanding of IPA concepts, including robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and business process management (BPM). - Experience with leading IPA platforms and tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft 365 Power Platforms) and their integration with enterprise systems. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple presales projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and successful outcomes. - Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
