Java Support Engineer - Microservices Architecture

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Provide technical support for Java applications and services, focusing on Spring Boot and Microservices. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Java applications in a timely manner. - Collaborate with development teams to enhance existing applications and develop new features (30% development). - Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary. - Create and maintain documentation for support processes and solutions. - Assist in the deployment and configuration of Java applications in various environments. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Skills Required : - Strong experience in Java support, with a solid understanding of Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. - Proficient in troubleshooting Java applications and environments. - Experience in development using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices (30% of the role). - Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
