Java Backend Developer - Spring/Hibernate

As a Java Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the server-side logic of our applications. You will work closely with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Key Responsibilities : Application Development : - Design and develop scalable and high-performance backend applications using Java. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and design patterns. API Development : - Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between the frontend and backend. - Ensure the security and integrity of application data and user information. Database Management : - Design and manage databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) to support application functionality. - Optimize database queries for performance and scalability. Collaboration : - Work closely with frontend developers and UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshooting and Debugging : - Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues in the application. - Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Documentation : - Maintain technical documentation for backend services and APIs. - Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to team learning. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech preferred). - 4 years of professional experience in Java backend development. - Strong understanding of Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate). - Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB). - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
