Executive Decision-Making : - Serve as the key decision-maker for all technology-related matters, optimizing efficiency and innovation. - Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology goals with business objectives. Team Leadership & Development : - Mentor and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. - Identify and nurture talent, ensuring continuous growth and leadership development within the team. Technology Management and Compliance : - Manage technology budgets and resource allocation efficiently. - Stay informed of industry trends, ensuring Elixia remains a leader in innovation. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly in the logistics sector. Expected Skills & Competencies : - Expertise in NodeJS, ReactJS, Flutter, PHP, MongoDB, Cassandra, AWS. - Advanced knowledge of system architecture and scalable product development. - Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget. - Experience in driving innovation with AI/ML technologies. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on growth and collaboration. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Forward-thinking, with the ability to predict and adapt to industry trends, especially in logistics : - 7 years in a senior technology leadership role, leading large-scale technology projects. - 4 years managing and mentoring technology teams. - Deep understanding of the logistics industry and its technological demands. - Experience in designing and implementing AI/ML capabilities is highly desirable. - Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Proven ability to manage technology budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
