Lead Software Development Engineer - Test - Selenium

Job Title : SDET Lead Exp : 8 Years Notice Period : Immediate Work Mode : hybrid Job Summary & Responsibilities : Technical Expertise : - Extensive experience in test automation using Selenium with C# along with Selenium Java & any other commercial tools. - Proven track record of designing and implementing test automation frameworks from scratch. - Strong programming skills in C# and a deep understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating test automation into the DevOps process. Pre-Sales Skills : - Experience in test solutioning, responding to RFPs, and creating compelling proposals. - Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and propose effective solutions. Leadership and Collaboration : - Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team of automation engineers. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Overall 5 years of experience in Automation testing - 3 yrs of experience in selenium using C# - Should be very good with automation tool like Selenium WebDriver using C# - Expert in writing code using C#. - Should have development experience with C# - Experience in Rest API Testing using Restsharp is a plus. - Experience in API automation using Rest Assured framework is a plus. - Should be able to write test cases, execute test cases. - Should have experience working with Agile methodology. - Should have experience working with onsite offshore model. - Experience in creating frameworks like TestNG etc. from scratch using C#. - Ready to work as an individual contributor or as a team member. - Experience in manual testing and test process and documentation - Experience in CI/CD Process.
