UsefulBI Corporation - DevOps Engineer - Docker/Kubernetes

UsefulBI is looking for an 4 years experienced DevOps Engineer with strong analytics skills to work with our team. This is key role in delivering high impact projects across financial, business intelligence with a focus on cloud-based solutions. The scope would be to a Perform server and chassis builds and configuration, and network switch configuration per projects required - with an initial focus on build and internal testing documents and provide feedback in order to increase efficiency and reduce build errors. Provide Configuration and Change Management support as per the company processes, meeting SLA, capacity planning, and deliver to required dates with very tight timelines. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and manage scalable infrastructure using AWS Cloud Development Kits (CDK), Terraform, and boto3 Python. - Automate deployment pipelines, monitoring, and infrastructure setup with AWS tools and services like Lambda. - Create and maintain data engineering pipelines in AWS, ensuring efficient data flow, storage, and processing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineering and software development, to integrate DevOps best practices. - Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve the performance, scalability, and security of the infrastructure. - Monitor systems for performance and ensure high availability of applications. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - 4 years of hands-on experience in AWS DevOps, including CDK, Terraform, and AWS Lambda. - Strong expertise in boto3 Python for AWS automation and scripting. - Experience in building and maintaining data engineering pipelines using AWS services (e.g., S3, Glue, Redshift, EMR, etc.). - Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools and version control (e.g., Jenkins, Git, GitLab). - Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration in cloud environments. - Familiarity with security best practices in AWS.
