Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Power BI/DAX

About the job : - We're hiring Senior BI Analyst for one of our reputed client Location : Bangalore Noida Experience : 4 years Notice period : Immediate JD : - Create sophisticated and intuitive business intelligence tools which provide insights and direction to field representatives, management, and executives. - 4 yrs. of Power BI, DAX, and SQL relevant experience. - Engage in prototyping, designing, developing, publishing Power BI Reports. - Develop Power BI Data models along with report creation and visualizations. - Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to performance,environments, monitoring and operability of Power BI reports. - Effectively utilize the navigation features in Power BI (e.g bookmarks, drill-through) to guide users through a compelling data-driven story. - Synthesize sophisticated data sets into insights and build analytics stories that culminate in accurate strategic business decisions - Utilize SQL to curate and query large data sets, perform analyses, and create custom views. What you need to succeed : - 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics - Degree in CS, IT, Statistics, or related fields; and coursework or job experience with advanced data and analytics - Advanced hands-on experience with enterprise business intelligence software applications including Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps, and Microsoft Excel; Alteryx is a plus - Exceptional ability to design and create data visualizations that are intuitive, informative, and impactful - Advanced experience using SQL to extract data, understand data structures, and run queries - Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations - Ability to coordinate with colleagues and stakeholders across the globe - Record of consistently meeting deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment - High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly - Self-starter with an ability to successfully lead through ambiguity and prioritize multiple projects and partners.
