Key Responsibilities : - Design and develop responsive HTML email templates that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal rendering across different email clients. - Implement dynamic content and personalization features to enhance user engagement. - Collaborate closely with creative teams, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and translate them into visually appealing and functional email designs. - Work effectively within a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and adapting to changing priorities. - Conduct A/B testing experiments to optimize email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. - Analyze test results and make data-driven recommendations to improve future campaigns. - Troubleshoot and resolve HTML/CSS issues, ensuring email templates render correctly and perform optimally. - Maintain and update existing email templates to adapt to evolving design trends and technical requirements. Required Skills and Experience : - 5 years of experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development. - Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and industry standards. - Proficiency in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. - Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills : - Experience with email automation and dynamic content. - Knowledge of email marketing analytics and reporting. - Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
