This role combines deep hands-on development expertise with leadership in Python-based backend services, microservices architecture, and API development. The ideal candidate must possess strong proficiency in building high-performance backend services using Python and have a solid grasp of SOLID and DRY principles. The position emphasizes delivering robust solutions, guiding best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of scalable software. Required Skills : - 10-15 years of software engineering experience, with 8 years focused on Python backend development. - Proficiency in Python frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI, with demonstrated experience in building scalable, maintainable applications. - Deep understanding and practical application of SOLID and DRY principles in software design and architecture. - Proven track record of designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible. - Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and experience with database design and optimization. - Experience in asynchronous programming in Python (e.g, asyncio, Celery) to handle high-concurrency environments. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaboration and drive technical excellence.
