Mandatory Skills : ITSM,HRSD & Integration Experience Job Description : ServiceNow Technical Architect Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and hands-on experience with various ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). The ServiceNow Technical Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing ServiceNow solutions that align with our business needs and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities : 1. Architecture and Design : - Develop and maintain the overall architectural strategy and design for ServiceNow solutions. - Ensure alignment of ServiceNow solutions with enterprise architecture standards and best practices. - Create and maintain architectural documentation and diagrams. 2. Implementation and Development : - Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, GRC). - Oversee the development of custom applications and enhancements within the ServiceNow platform. - Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet performance standards. 3. Stakeholder Engagement : - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams and stakeholders. 4. Technical Leadership : - Lead technical design sessions and code reviews. - Mentor and guide junior developers and administrators. - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and industry trends. 5. Integration and Automation : - Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. - Develop and maintain automated workflows and scripts. - Ensure data integrity and security across integrations. 6. Governance and Compliance : - Implement and enforce governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) policies within the ServiceNow environment. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Perform regular audits and assessments of ServiceNow configurations and processes. Experience : - Minimum of 7 years of experience with ServiceNow, including hands-on experience with ITSM & ITOM or ITAM or HRSD or GRC. - Proven track record in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in a complex enterprise environment. Technical Skills : - Proficient in ServiceNow platform administration and development. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model. - Experience with JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. - Knowledge of web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and integrations. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. Soft Skills : - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Self-motivated with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Required Certifications : - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist on any of the following Modules : - ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, GRC - ITIL Foundation Certification Working Conditions - Occasional travel may be required for client engagements and training sessions.
