Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Kronos Developer with experience in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our workforce management solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Kronos applications and Oracle HCM, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Years of Experience : 4-8 years. Key Responsibilities : - Development & Customization : Design, develop, and customize Kronos applications to meet business requirements. - Integration : Integrate Kronos with Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. - Maintenance : Monitor and maintain existing Kronos applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Troubleshooting : Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to Kronos and Oracle HCM systems. - Documentation : Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides. - Collaboration : Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to understand their needs and provide effective Kronos and Oracle HCM solutions. - Training : Provide training and support to end-users on Kronos applications and Oracle HCM functionalities. - Upgrades & Enhancements : Stay updated with the latest Kronos and Oracle HCM releases and implement upgrades and enhancements as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Experience : 4-8 years of hands-on experience with Kronos Workforce Central or Workforce Dimensions. - Oracle HCM : Proven experience with Oracle HCM modules, including but not limited to Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Talent Management. - Technical Skills : Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, or other relevant programming languages. - Integration Tools : Experience with integration tools and technologies such as APIs, Web Services, and middleware. - Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. - Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications : - Certifications : Kronos and Oracle HCM certifications are highly desirable. - Project Management : Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. - Industry Knowledge : Understanding of HR and workforce management best practices and trends.
