Collaborate with the CEO's office, customer-facing teams, and research groups to design the product roadmap and drive agile development. - Own products end-to-end by understanding regulatory, technical, and business requirements while facilitating technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders. - Work with R&D and platform teams to architect solutions, troubleshoot customer issues, and brainstorm innovative ideas. - Prioritize resources based on customer needs, empowering the engineering team to deliver features aligned with the sprint plan. - Oversee Agile product development, testing, documentation, and release management processes. - Create and maintain strategic documents including PRDs, Datasheets, Product Launch Plans, Test Plans, Release Notes, User Stories, User Guides, Technical Whitepapers, and Customer Feedback Reports. - Lead code reviews and bug reviews with the development team. - Stay up-to-date on emerging global privacy and Responsible AI regulations, analyze research papers and the competitive landscape, and propose strategic feature recommendations. - Represent the company at events in India and across the globe (travel 20%). 10.Contribute as a passionate member of the leadership team, solving key problems and driving company growth. Requirements : - Minimum of 4 years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer or AI Solutions Architect with strong hands-on knowledge of transformer-based architectures and data engineering. - Proven experience in understanding business requirements, conducting literature reviews, architecting solutions, collaborating with R&D teams, and delivering complex AI features within strict timelines. - Hands-on experience with common AI development frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. - Solid understanding of data and model operations, including data collection, cleaning, pre-processing, feature engineering, and model training. - Experience in model monitoring and managing model performance, including techniques for detecting drift, evaluating model accuracy, and implementing retraining strategies to ensure optimal results in production environments. - Demonstrated experience in leading code reviews and approving merge requests, incorporating best practices for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability, while ensuring alignment with product requirements and technical standards. - Strong understanding of release management for models, ensuring version control, proper documentation, and smooth deployment processes to maintain model integrity and performance in production environments. - Experience in conducting bug reviews, prioritizing tasks, and collaborating with multiple teams to devise solutions in time- and resource-constrained environments. - Active contribution to creating PRDs, datasheets, product launch plans, test plans, release notes, user stories, user guides, blogs, and technical whitepapers. - Successfully conducted complex technical product demos for customers (ref:hirist.tech)
