Akasa Air - Data Analyst - Power BI

Job Specification : 1. The candidate needs to transform large, complex datasets into presentable dashboards and reports for business decision-making. Need to work closely with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet them. 2. Use Python to perform data manipulation and analysis, focusing on classes and objects. 3. Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports. 4. Employ advanced SQL techniques to query and manipulate data from various sources 5. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. 6. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs. 7. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data presented in the dashboards. 8. Train end-users on how to use the dashboards and reports effectively. 9. Troubleshoot data-related issues and maintain the Power BI infrastructure. 10. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, updates, and best practices. Qualification & Experience : 1. Proficiency with Python, SQL and Object-Oriented Programming; 2. Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, DAX and Power Automate. 3. Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization principles. 4. Ability to configure and manage Row-Level Security and sharing in Power BI 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Strong communication skills and working well in a team. 7. Minimum 3 years as Data Analyst/Power BI Developer (ref:hirist.tech)
