Sunware Technologies - Java Developer - Spring Boot/Microservices Architecture

Position : Senior Java Developer Location : Bangalore, India Experience : 5 Years Employment Type : Full-Time Job Summary : We are looking for experienced and dynamic Senior Java Developers to join our high-tech trading platform team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about technology, thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment, and have a strong background in developing micro services using the latest technologies. You will be working on critical components of a highly scalable trading platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build reliable, performant, and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance micro services using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies. - Develop event-driven architectures using Kafka for real-time data processing and messaging systems. - Work with InfluxDB, SQL Server, and MongoDB for handling a wide range of data persistence and storage requirements. - Implement full-text search and distributed search solutions using Elastic search. - Manage distributed systems and coordination services with Zookeeper. - Develop and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS platforms, leveraging services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and more. - Ensure system reliability, performance, and uptime through effective monitoring and logging frameworks. - Collaborate with DevOps to automate CI/CD pipelines and implement best practices in system deployment and monitoring. - Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, system bugs, and implement new features in a timely manner. - Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and provide mentorship to junior developers. Required Skills and Qualifications : - 6 years of hands-on experience in Java development with a focus on building micro services architecture. - Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and other Java frameworks. - Experience with Kafka for building real-time, scalable data pipelines. - Hands-on experience with InfluxDB, SQL Server, MongoDB for data storage and management. - Proficiency in Elastic search for distributed search and analytics. - Experience with Zookeeper for distributed coordination. - Solid understanding of AWS cloud services and infrastructure. - Experience with version control systems like Git, and exposure to CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in financial trading systems or working with low-latency, high-throughput systems. - Understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). - Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana.
