Job Description

Job Description : As a Technical .NET Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support for .NET applications and services. You will work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the applications. Key Responsibilities : - Technical Support: Provide timely and effective support for .NET applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user assistance. - Incident Management: Manage and prioritize incoming support requests, ensuring issues are documented and tracked through to resolution. - Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations to identify the root causes of recurring issues and implement effective solutions to prevent future occurrences. - Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to understand application functionality and architecture, facilitating efficient issue resolution. - Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of support processes, known issues, and resolutions to enhance team knowledge and customer communication. - User Training: Assist in creating user training materials and conduct training sessions to help users understand system functionalities. - Performance Monitoring: Monitor application performance and provide recommendations for enhancements or optimizations based on data analysis. - Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for efficiency gains in support operations. Key Skills : - Proficiency in .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, and MVC. - Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with users and stakeholders. - Familiarity with development tools and methodologies, including Agile or DevOps practices. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 4 to 12 years of experience in technical support for .NET applications or related technologies.
