Job Title : Oracle Cloud GL, AP, AR Lead Experience : 7 Years Location : Remote/Hybrid Contract : 6-12 Months (extendable) Budget : Open for Discussion Notice Period : Immediate joiner preferred Job Description : The Oracle Cloud GL, AP, AR Lead will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud Financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR). The role requires deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials and the ability to work collaboratively with finance teams to optimize business processes and ensure seamless financial operations. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Financial modules: GL, AP, and AR, from design to post-go-live support. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze financial requirements, aligning Oracle Cloud Financial solutions with business goals. - Configure and customize Oracle Cloud Financials to meet organizational needs, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. - Manage chart of accounts (COA) structure, accounting rules, and financial reporting processes in Oracle Cloud GL. - Oversee AP processes such as invoice management, payment processing, supplier management, and integration with procurement systems. - Lead AR processes including customer invoicing, receipt applications, and revenue recognition, ensuring accurate and timely billing. - Ensure data migration and integration between Oracle Cloud GL, AP, and AR with other Oracle Cloud modules such as Procurement, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. - Provide ongoing post-implementation support and system enhancements to optimize financial processes and user experience. - Collaborate with IT and finance teams to design and implement automated financial reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle BI and other reporting tools. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including GAAP, IFRS, SOX, and tax regulations. - Lead a team of functional and technical consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight on project deliverables. Required Skills : - 7 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud Financials, with a focus on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) modules. - Proven experience leading the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Financial modules. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, multi-currency accounting, financial close processes, and financial reporting. - Expertise in configuring GL chart of accounts, subledger accounting (SLA), and AP/AR accounting rules. - Experience with financial integrations between Oracle Cloud Financials and other ERP systems. - Hands-on experience with Oracle BI Publisher, FBDI, ADFDI, and other data integration tools for financial data migration and reporting. - Knowledge of tax setups in Oracle Cloud AP and revenue recognition principles in Oracle Cloud AR. - Ability to lead and manage teams, including both functional and technical resources, to ensure timely and successful project delivery. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with finance teams, technical teams, and stakeholders. - Problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex financial challenges and provide effective solutions.
