Job Description : 1. Minimum 6 years of experience with BI tools like Business Intelligence Technologies-Tableau. 2. Experience of working in a financial organization or awareness of financial concepts. 3. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills . 4. Deriving data insights and maintain them dynamic Tableau dashboards, presentations and reports demonstrating multiple dimensions. 5. Working with users ,business stakeholders, product owners/technology teams to deeply understand customer needs and develop dashboards and reports independently. 6. Working with large data sets and incomplete information as required. 7. Discovering new and innovative ways to source and present complex and new information in easily digestible ways. 8. Understanding data and pulling out the keys insights and themes to inform decision making and presenting information to key stakeholders. 9. Utilizing design skills to produce and maintain clear, articulate & insightful reporting, to best deliver analytic outputs & derived insights to internal and external stakeholders. 10.
