Senior Full Stack Software Engineer - Python/Javascript

Responsibilities : - Lead the design and development of innovative features for our SaaS platform. - Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high-impact tech solutions. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. - Troubleshoot and solve complex technical challenges to ensure the smooth operation of our platform. - Hands-on development using frontend frameworks (HTML, JavaScript, etc.), backend development (Python, Java, etc.), databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.), APIs & microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc. Qualifications : - 4 to 7 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or similar role. - Strong proficiency in frontend frameworks (HTML, JavaScript, etc.), backend development (Python, Java, etc.), databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.), APIs & microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc. - Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Experience working in a fast-paced, agile development environment (ref:hirist.tech)
