Solution Architect - IT Service Management

Primary Skill : Network Planning and Design, Solution Architecture, OSS Lead Job Description : - Must have working experience of Network OSS Solution Architecture in one or more of Network OSS domains like Infrastructure Plan & Build, Inventory Management, Business Process & Workflow Management, Network & Service Activation/Provisioning, Service & Resource Orchestration/Fulfilment. - Must have experience of Fixed networks (IP, Access, Transmission), network technologies and SDN & NFV based network technologies. - Good to have knowledge of Mobile networks (4G, 5G - RAN, Transmission, Core) & network technologies. - Knowledge of fixed network products & services like broadband, ethernet, optical, IP VPN etc. - Good to have product owner experience in any one of the above-mentioned network OSS sub-domains. - Will define OSS product feature, capabilities & wider integration architecture. - Will define and lead on solution architecture (and solution design where applicable) for above mentioned network OSS sub-domains following TMF ODA architecture principles. - Will work with enterprise architects, other BSS & OSS solution architects, solution designer, product manager, technical architect, software engineers, network users, and CFU stakeholders. - Should have good experience of software engineering and latest technologies used to realise networks OSS solutions & products, including micro-services architecture & cloud technology. - Will drive how OSS and BSS interwork to support digital transformation and transformation in the customer user experience (ref:hirist.tech)
